Running to ourselves ...

Aren't we all.  I don't often leave my chat with God to the last minute - but I have today.  I write when He talks to me, not the other way around.

This morning, Sunday, is Philosophy Morning at The Bentinck.  Or as some call it (probably with a fair amount of sarcasm) "Jahne's Church".  Nevertheless, for the little truth being expressed I am pleased and flattered.

This morning we will be talking about identity - "Who Do You Think You Are Anyway?"   As far as we are concerned, EVERYTHING depends on who you think you are, and not on what you are trying to do.

S.  You are nearly there.  Just tell the folk at Innisfree (again and again and again), that everything that occurs, everything that has every occurred and will ever occur, is brought about by the mind. It is the outward manifestation of what you were thinking, your choices, and all about how you behave regarding Who you are, and who you are choosing to be.  You can't plant pumpkins and get apples as I have said before.  So who you THINK you are is very important, because in actual fact you are thinking yourself into existence.  I have given you tools and with these tools you can change your life, but you have to want to.  What are you prepared to give up for what you want to get.

J.  That was our last week's message as you know, and some of the students at the class actually made a list.  One of them even got to meaningful things - it wasn't all about chocolate and plastic bags, but included "feeling" things like relationships and interactions with the world.  I could clearly see who this person was becoming, and it was wonderful to watch.

S.  I have shown you over and over again, it is not all about the good times.  Knowing who you are includes the dark times as well.  Trusting the dark times to bring you into the light, because without the dark times how would you recognise the light?  Those people who know who they are can transform the light not just for themselves but for others also.  They see that as part of their job on earth TO BRING THE LIGHT TO OTHERS.  Imagine Precious Ones what the world would be like if everyone recognised this in themselves, took it upon themselves to be "bringers of the light" to others,  for others.  When you do this, when you serve others, then and only then,  you will  understand and be joyous.  You will know WHO YOU TRULY ARE, and it will be good.  Namaste
